EDUCATION > ACTING

Bollywood superstars who are popular worldwide because of their glitz and glamour and are adored by their crazy fans because of the larger than life characters that they portray on-screen don’t seem so glamorous when we take a look at their academic accomplishments. It is rare to find actors and actresses who give as much of an importance to education as to their acting careers. It is seen more often than not that stars leave their education midway in their pursuit of fame and artistic satisfaction. Still, there is surely a different magnetism in educated actors.

Below is a list of our favorite Bollywood superstars and their achievements in the field of education.

1.Amitabh Bachchan:  Amitabh Bachchan is the son of noted Hindi poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. He completed his graduation from DU and holds a double major in Science and Arts from Kirori Mal College. The legendary actor also has an honorary doctorate from Queensland University in Australia.

5.John Abraham: John Abraham might be popular for his hot body, but he is all brains too. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and got MBA from NarseeMonjee Institute of Management Studies. He would have done a great job in media planning if  he hadn’t delved  into the world of  modeling and  film.

Education is important because it helps to answer life’s big questions, including questions of how to live, work and love and it is also important because it teaches people about the world around them. So keeping all these factors in mind we can surely say that education plays a vital role in a celebrity’s life. Not only they should have good acting skills but they should also be well educated.
